MagicISO’s free MagicDisc Virtual CD/DVD-Rom is the answer.
Simply install MagicDisc and right-click on any ISO file and select Mount. You will now have a disc drive under My Computer with your CD/DVD just as if you had put a physical CD/DVD into a drive.
